Whiplash
on the screen

Within January-February 2022, in all partner schools a film in the name of „Whiplash” was watched by the students. In this movie, the story of a young musician and the difficulties in his life are told. The film follows the ambitious music student and jazz drummer Andrew Neiman (Teller), who is pushed to his limit by his abusive instructor Terence Fletcher (Simmons) at the fictitious Shaffer Conservatory in New York City. Pre-watching and after-watching activities were carried out in all schools as well as discussions on the role of  passion, talent and determination in the life of a musician.
